At Brilliance Subaru, the health and well-being of our guests, team members, and community is our top priority. We appreciate the trust and confidence you have placed in us. We understand the concern and uncertainty the COVID-19 pandemic may be causing.

We are following the guidelines set forth by the CDC, and are greatly increasing our efforts to proactively sanitize our store more frequently throughout the day as well as deep cleanings in the evening.  Staff is wiping down common surfaces often and Technicians will clean and sanitize their stations throughout the day.

We will continue to operate with customary business hours and staffing in order to serve you.  We are reinforcing personal sanitation among our team members and their work areas as well as encouraging and supporting any team member to stay home if they aren't feeling well.

We continue to encourage our guests to schedule appointments whenever possible to allow for a time effective customer experience.  This also assists us in planning our staffing requirements.  We will continue to meet your needs in the most efficient and effective way.

Lastly, we have asked our Team Members to refrain from handshaking.  This is very unnatural for us but we feel it is an easy and necessary step in this current environment. Hopefully, a warm smile will take its place. J
