Brilliance Subaru Celebrates Subaru Loves Pets Month with 43 Adoptions! - Kelly K
What better way to kick off Subaru Loves Pets Month than by helping rescue animals find their forever homes? On October 3rd, Brilliance Subaru proudly partnered with Anderson Humane to host our 10th biannual Road Home Adoption Event, bringing together animal lovers, community members, and rescue animals for a truly unforgettable day! Throughout the event, we had the pleasure of welcoming new faces, reconnecting with familiar friends, and witnessing countless heartwarming moments as families met their newest four-legged companions. By the end of the day, 43 rescue animals had found their forever homes! This incredible milestone is a testament to the power of community, compassion, and our continued partnership with Anderson Humane. Each adoption represents more than just a new home. It represents a second chance, a fresh beginning, and a lifetime of love for an animal in need. At Brilliance Subaru, our commitment to animal welfare extends far beyond a single event. Through the Subaru Love Promise and Subaru Loves Pets initiative, we are proud to support organizations like Anderson Humane that work tirelessly to improve the lives of animals in our community. We are incredibly grateful to Anderson Humane, our dedicated team members, and everyone who attended and supported this special day. Subaru Loves to Care x Blood Cancer United - Caroline O
For the past several years, Brilliance Subaru has partnered with Blood Cancer United® (formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) and Advocate Sherman Hospital through the Subaru Loves to Care initiative. The partnership has involved delivering blankets and messages of hope to cancer patients. On June 15, 2026, Brilliance Subaru personally delivered these items to the hospital for patients in treatment. Featured is our 2026 Honored Hero, Aiden who was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) at just four years old. Today, he is a thriving 2nd grader who loves hockey and dreams of becoming a pediatric oncologist to help other kids like him. Thank you to Brilliance Subaru for helping kids like Aiden through our Subaru Loves to Care initiative. Blood Cancer United is incredibly grateful for Brilliance Subaru's generosity and ongoing partnership in support of blood cancer patients and their families. Together with our local Illinois hospital partners, Brilliance Subaru is helping bring comfort, hope, and support to those facing a blood cancer diagnosis.

At Brilliance Subaru, the Subaru Love Promise is about showing up for our community all year long—and this summer, we had the privilege of doing just that alongside our Subaru Loves to Help partner, House of Restoration. Together, we celebrated Christmas in July, bringing neighbors together for an afternoon filled with generosity, great food, and community spirit. Our team fired up the grill to serve lunch, while giveaway bags helped spread a little extra joy to local families. More than anything, the event was an opportunity to connect, celebrate, and remind one another that kindness has no season. Seeing families, friends, and community members come together made the day truly special. We are grateful to House of Restoration for their partnership and for the incredible work they do to support the Elgin community every day. Events like these reflect what the Subaru Love Promise is all about—creating meaningful relationships, lending a helping hand, and making a positive difference wherever we can.

On June 6, Brilliance Subaru proudly hosted our Outback Showcase alongside our annual Road Home Adoption Event in partnership with Anderson Humane. The day brought together everything the Subaru Love Promise stands for—community, compassion, and connection. Throughout the event, guests had the opportunity to explore the Subaru Outback through hands-on demonstrations and conversations with our team, learning about the features that make it such a trusted companion for everyday life and adventure alike. More importantly, it became a day of storytelling. Customers shared memories of their own Subaru journeys, our team connected with visitors about the values that define our dealership, and adopters began new chapters with rescue animals finding loving homes. Surrounded by wagging tails, smiling families, and meaningful conversations, the Outback Showcase became much more than a vehicle event. It was a celebration of community and second chances. By combining education, connection, and pet adoption, we created an experience that reflected Brilliance Subaru's commitment to giving back and living the Subaru Love Promise every day.

What an incredible day at our Road Home Mega Adoption Event with Anderson Humane on June 6th. The excitement started early, with lines forming as early as 6:30 AM, and by the end of the day, 60 of the 75 animals in attendance had found their forever homes! We loved meeting so many amazing families and seeing countless tails wagging as new friendships began. Thank you to everyone who came out to support rescue animals, adopt, volunteer, and help make the event such a huge success.

On May 2nd, Brilliance Subaru hosted a special tree giveaway event, providing 100 trees to members of our community. Each tree was thoughtfully selected by the Arbor Day Foundation to thrive in our local environment, ensuring they will grow strong and contribute to a healthier, greener future. The response was incredible—all 100 trees were reserved and taken home, ready to be planted and nurtured throughout the community. This initiative not only supports environmental sustainability but also reflects Subaru's ongoing commitment to making a positive impact where we live and work. At Brilliance Subaru, our commitment to the Subaru Love Promise comes to life through Subaru Loves to Help—supporting our neighbors during times when compassion and care matter most. This winter, we were proud to partner with House of Restoration Community Outreach in Elgin to help provide warmth and comfort to local children in need. Through this Subaru Loves to Help initiative, Brilliance Subaru donated over 200 brand-new winter coats to children in the Elgin community. On our main donation day alone, more than 180 children were personally sized and fitted with a new coat, ensuring each child received the right fit and the warmth they deserve. Working alongside the dedicated team at House of Restoration, we witnessed firsthand the powerful impact of coming together as a community. Each coat represented more than protection from the cold—it was a symbol of care, dignity, and reassurance for families facing a challenging season. We are honored to support House of Restoration Community Outreach and to take part in Subaru Loves to Help, a program that reflects our belief that no one should face hardship alone. Since August 2021, Brilliance Subaru and Anderson Humane have shared a mission close to both of their hearts, giving animals the second chances they deserve. What began as simple “Rescue Dog of the Day” visits quickly grew into something extraordinary, unforgettable Mega Adoption events, life-saving beagle rescue missions, and countless moments of joy as families met their new best friends. This October, that shared journey reached a remarkable milestone: 1,000 adoptions. That’s 1,000 lives changed, 1,000 wagging tails, and 1,000 stories of love made possible through compassion and teamwork. To honor this incredible achievement, Brilliance Subaru proudly donated a brand-new transport van to help Anderson Humane continue their lifesaving work, ensuring even more animals find their way home safely.
