Subaru Forester Pricing
The 2016 Subaru Forester goes up only $200 in the base model, which hardly accounts for the additional feature content in the new model year. Here is the new price scheme for the 2016 model year:
- The base Subaru Forester is priced from $23,245 MSRP, including the destination charge.
- The Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium with continuously variable transmission starts at $26,645 MSRP with destination.
- The Subaru Forester 2.0XT Touring, the top of the line model, gets priced at $34,645 MSRP with shipping.
The Subaru Forester is also available with a few options packages. The All-Weather Package gives you heated front seats, heated side mirrors, and a windshield wiper de-icer, for only an additional $500 on any trim level. You can also add a Navigation and Audio Package, which gives you a navigation system and a Harmon Kardon Audio system for only $1,350.
2016 Updates
The 2016 Subaru Forester receives several important updates for the 2016 model year. Among the major changes, the EyeSight preventative safety system now includes steering responsive fog lights that aim the fog lights when you turn the wheel. This feature joins other safety features like adaptive cruise control, automatic collision prevention braking, and more.
Additionally, the StarLink Infotainment system is now standard across the board. It can be had in both 6.2-inch and 7-inch sizes and is now available in two different packages, depending on your needs. This system includes features like automatic collision notification, stolen vehicle recovery aids, and automatic locking/unlocking.
