The Subaru XV Crosstrek is the brand's compact sport utility vehicle, a perennial favorite amongst buyers in and around the Elgin, IL area. For the 2016 model year, however, Subaru is dropping the "XV" from the sport-ute vehicle's name, simplifying it to solely the 2016 Subaru Crosstrek.
Crosstrek fans need not fear, as the vehicle's name is the only thing being streamlined for the new model year. In fact, Subaru is upgrading and updating many features of the Crosstrek including its Starlink capabilities, including a more extensive suite of driver assistive technology, and an exciting redevelopment of the car's fronts end appearance thanks to a new grille, bumper, front fascia, and headlights.
