For the previous year, Subaru made quite a few changes to the Ascent, giving it more advanced technology and a restyled front fascia. The company carries over the Ascent into the 2024 model year without further modifications.

These trims run on the same kind of engine. It's a 2.4-liter turbocharged engine produces 260 horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque. The Ascent comes standard with all-wheel drive to make it easier to handle slippery roads and trails. Also, it's able to tow up to 5,000 pounds.
You can fit up to eight people in the Ascent if you choose a model at Brilliance Subaru with a bench seat in its middle rows. Alternatively, the Ascent is available with captain's chairs, giving it room for seven. The seats can be trimmed in cloth, StarTex, leather, or Nappa leather; in the front row, you can find heated and ventilated seats. The second row can feature heated seats, too.
The Ascent can be set up with other high-end elements, such as a smart auto-dimming rearview mirror and power rear gate, which can be very convenient when traveling around Elgin.
